As a part of Ladyship, I was invited to participated in New Jersey Business and Industry Association's Annual Women Business Leaders forum. It was such an amazing experience to be amongst so many women leaders and CEO's. I am thankful to the CEO, Michelle Siekerka, who has been my first guest on the InspireHER series and has been one of the most uplifting women I have met. I got to asked questions to a panel around Women in Government and how we can affect public policy to bring about Gender Equality. It was surreal to have a seat at the President's table with the CEO of NJBIA, CEO of Rent the Runway, CEO of Girl Scouts and other prominent women and sport my "Award Winner" badge while getting an honorary mention as the newest rising star.
